Can I return my band?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. If you have any issues with your band please email customer service at laurentwilliamson@yahoo.com to address any concerns you might have.

What resistance of band should I order?

This depends on what the band is used for and the fitness level of the individual. We recommend you start with the light/medium resistance bands and work your way up.

Can I change my shipping address?

The shipping address can be changed prior to the order being shipped out. Email customer service at laurentwilliamson@yahoo.com with your name, order number and the address you would like it changed to. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address.
