I've been a competitive dancer since a very young age, continuing to dance on a collegiate level at Texas A&M University. While obtaining my Bachelors degree in Nutrition, I was able to continue my love in the health and fitness industry. I am extremely passionate about utilizing my knowledge for nutrition and personal training while helping clients build confidence to reach their individual goals through a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
